Recharge Agreement

This Agreement applies when you purchase credits, generation counts, allowance packs, promotional bundles or other digital virtual goods on Ruhali. Recharges are non-refundable once payment has succeeded and the benefits have been credited; they will be handled under this Agreement only where mandatory law so requires, or in cases of duplicate charges, benefits not credited and unable to be reissued, or a failure by the platform to actually deliver the service.

1. Scope and product definitions

This Agreement is entered into between you and the actual operating entity of the Ruhali service together with its affiliated service providers (collectively, “we”, “us” or “our”) in respect of the recharge, purchase and use of virtual benefits. Information about the operating entity is as published on the product pages in accordance with applicable law.

“Recharge products” under this Agreement include credits, generation counts, generation allowances, promotional bundles, discounted add-on packs and other digital virtual goods we subsequently launch. The specific product name, denomination, price, bonus rules, scope of application, validity period, order of use and restrictions are governed by the purchase page, the payment page, order records and the settlement rules actually applied by the system.

2. Eligibility and account requirements

You must use an account that has completed registration and is lawfully controlled by you to purchase and use recharge products. Users under the age of 18 must complete a recharge with the consent and guidance of a guardian. Recharge products may only be used by the account to which they were credited and, unless applicable law provides otherwise or we agree in writing, may not be transferred, given away, rented, sold or shared, nor used to recharge or purchase on behalf of others and then be allocated to them in any form.

3. Nature of the products and scope of benefits

Recharge products are digital virtual goods delivered online, or rights to use a service. They are not cash, prepaid cards, bank deposits or freely circulating financial assets, and they do not have the status of legal tender. Unless applicable law provides otherwise, recharge products may not be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, bought back, transferred, pledged, split up and cashed out, or moved between accounts.

Credits, generation counts or allowances may only be used for features or service scenarios expressly supported by Ruhali pages. Where a feature is marked as available in a particular version, campaign, platform or set of conditions, you must also satisfy those conditions. A recharge does not guarantee access to any feature that is unreleased, in testing, in limited release or subject to future adjustment.

4. Ordering, payment and order confirmation

You must pay using a payment method that you lawfully own and are entitled to use. A payment that fails because of an abnormal payment account, insufficient balance, payment limits, risk control by the payment institution, network failure, order timeout or any other cause not attributable to us does not constitute a successful recharge.

The order amount, discount, amount actually paid, quantity of products and benefits credited are governed by the purchase page, payment page, payment result page, order records, credit statement and the actual system billing at the time you place the order. Where campaign descriptions, customer service communications, cached screenshots, marketing materials or third-party page information are inconsistent with those records, these Terms, the purchase and payment pages, system records and the actual billing prevail.

Where you use a discount code, campaign reduction, bonus benefit or channel promotion, the applicable conditions, deduction rules and final settlement result are governed by the campaign description, the settlement page and system records.

5. Crediting, validity and consumption rules

Normally, once payment has succeeded and been confirmed by the system, the relevant credits, generation counts or allowances are issued to your account. Where there may be a delay due to a delayed payment callback, fluctuations in third-party systems, clearing or settlement delays, system upgrades or security verification, the order and benefit records prevail. Once the recharge benefits have been successfully issued to the relevant account, we are deemed to have completed the principal delivery obligation for the product.

We may set the order of use, order of expiry, validity periods and priorities in accordance with the product rules — for example, expiring first and consumed first, bonus benefits consumed first, or campaign benefits calculated separately. Where a product has validity, expiry or recovery rules, we will display them on the purchase page, the crediting page, the benefits centre or in related explanations; the unused portion beyond the validity period may automatically expire, be reset to zero or be recovered under those rules.

Different styles, specifications, generation modes or service items may have different credit consumption rates, as displayed on the page when you initiate the service and as settled by the system. After the service has been delivered, the corresponding credits, generation counts or allowances are deducted under the rules.

6. Refunds and after-sales handling

Recharge products are digital virtual goods delivered online. Once payment has succeeded and the relevant credits, generation counts or allowances have been credited to your account, no refund for change of mind, partial refund, withdrawal, conversion into cash, exchange for other products or cash redemption is available. We will handle matters according to the actual circumstances only where mandatory law provides otherwise, or where we verify duplicate charges, benefits that were not credited and cannot be reissued, or a failure by the platform to actually deliver the service.

In the event of a duplicate payment, duplicate charge, successful payment where benefits remain uncredited for an extended period, an abnormal order status, or a failure to deliver the service for reasons attributable to us, you may submit the order number, payment evidence and necessary explanation through the feedback entry in the product or through the customer service channel we publish in accordance with law. After verification, we will take reasonable measures according to the circumstances, such as reissuing benefits, returning the corresponding credits, making a refund or other appropriate action.

Refund requests made because you selected the wrong product, recharged by mistake, did not fully read the product rules, entered the wrong account, shared your account, had your payment instrument used by someone else, or are based solely on the generated result not meeting your personal aesthetic expectations do not qualify for a refund. Once credits, generation counts or allowances have been used for a completed AI image generation, image processing or other online value-added service, and the system has generated, returned or made the result available for you to view, the service is deemed performed and the consumed benefits are not refundable, restorable, withdrawable or convertible into cash, unless mandatory law provides otherwise or the failure to deliver is verified to be caused by a platform fault.

7. Rights reserved by the platform

To the extent permitted by law, we reserve the right to interpret, adjust, review and administer recharge products, credit rules, generation consumption rates, product prices, package names, bonus rules, validity periods, scope of application, campaign eligibility and order status. For new orders, the above matters are governed by what is displayed on the purchase, payment and settlement pages.

If we discover clear errors in orders, campaigns, prices, crediting, settlement or benefit issuance, or if a user engages in abnormal transactions, misuse, fraud, arbitrage, stolen-card use, circumvention of billing or conduct that harms platform security, we are entitled to suspend the order, refuse delivery, restrict features, freeze or claw back the relevant benefits and reverse abnormal records, and we reserve the right to pursue the relevant liability.

8. Service changes and handling of anomalies

We may adjust the prices, package names, bonus rules, validity periods, consumption rates and scope of use of new orders on account of product optimization, technical capability, model services, changes in cost, campaign arrangements, compliance requirements or security needs. For orders that have been paid and are already effective, the benefits are determined by what was displayed at the time of purchase, the order records and the actual activation records in the system, unless applicable law provides otherwise or we have made a separate express commitment.

Where it is necessary to suspend, replace or discontinue certain features due to regulatory requirements, compliance rectification, force majeure, major failure of an infrastructure provider, system security risks, attack protection, major product upgrades or business adjustments, we will make reasonable efforts to give notice and may, depending on the circumstances, offer replacement benefits, extensions, reissuance or another reasonable solution.

9. Risk control and handling of violations

If we discover anomalies in recharge or usage behaviour — including stolen-card use, payment fraud, money-laundering risk, bulk arbitrage, malicious abuse of bonus benefits, account sharing, script-based inflation, circumvention of billing, exploitation of system vulnerabilities or other conduct that harms platform security or the rights of others — we are entitled to suspend the order, freeze benefits, restrict account features, require verification and retain the relevant records in accordance with law.

Where benefits are clearly issued in error because of a system error, misconfigured campaign, abnormal price, crediting error or settlement error, we are entitled to correct the order status, recover the excess benefits, reverse the abnormal records or take other necessary measures. If the abnormal benefits have already been used, we are entitled to deduct the equivalent value from your account balance, restrict further use, or offset it against benefits to be issued later.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we do not assume liability beyond the extent provided by law for payment delays, crediting delays, service fluctuations, differences in results or losses caused by network failures, anomalies at payment institutions, system maintenance, fluctuations in third-party infrastructure, limitations of model services, force majeure, regulatory requirements, improper operation by users or other causes beyond our sole control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under this Agreement is capped at the amount you actually paid for the order giving rise to the dispute, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

11. Changes to this Agreement and dispute resolution

We may revise this Agreement in light of applicable law, regulatory requirements, product changes or business needs, and will notify you by publishing it on the site, through in-product notices or by other reasonable means. If you continue to purchase or use recharge products after a revision takes effect, you are deemed to have accepted the revised Agreement.

The formation, effectiveness, performance and interpretation of this Agreement, and the resolution of disputes under it, are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through negotiation; failing that, either party may bring an action before the competent people’s court at the place where the operating entity of Ruhali is domiciled.
